Pick a strength from your medicine's label and see when your next dose is due. For a compounded vial, Gliplog also shows the units to draw on a U-100 syringe.
Weigh in whenever you like and follow your trend over time. Add your height for BMI, and a goal if you want one.
Record HbA1c results and glucose readings, in the units your lab or meter uses, and see how they change.
Note how you feel and how strongly. See which side effects come up most, and how long after a dose they usually appear.
See an estimate of how much medicine is in your body between doses, based on its published half-life. Switch brands and the curve carries on.
Compare your progress with published results from STEP, SURMOUNT, SURPASS, and other trials, for weight, HbA1c, and fasting glucose.
Gliplog is the journal we wanted for our own treatment: quick to use, clear about progress, and honest about what the trials found. When it's time for an appointment, export a PDF report for your care team. It's free, private, and open source.
Every number in Gliplog comes with its source, one tap away.
No account, no server, and no analytics. Gliplog runs entirely on your device, even offline, and the Android app doesn't request network access.
Your device holds the only copy of your journal, so save a backup from Settings from time to time. You can erase everything whenever you like.

Yes. No subscription, no ads, and no premium tier. With no server, it costs almost nothing to run.
On your device: in your browser's storage, or inside the Android app. Nothing is sent anywhere. Clearing this site's data or uninstalling the app deletes it, so keep a backup.
Save a backup in Settings, move the file to the new phone, and restore it there. On iPhone, Safari and the home-screen app keep separate data, so use a backup to move between them too.
Yes. On the Progress screen, export a PDF report of your medicines, weight, blood sugar, side effects, and doses for the last 30 days, the last 90 days, or everything, with charts of your trends, estimated levels and trial comparisons. You choose which parts to include. It's made on your device and goes only where you send it.
Gliplog is built around labelled medicines and compounded vials. For research peptides, try PepCalc: it works out how much water to add to a vial and how far to draw the syringe. Like Gliplog, it's free, runs offline, keeps everything on your device, and never recommends a dose.

Only about 1% to 2% of a semaglutide tablet is absorbed, and the amount varies from day to day. An estimate from the tablet's strength would be misleading, so Gliplog doesn't show one.
No. Gliplog is a journal and a calculator, not a medical device. It doesn't replace your prescriber, pharmacist, or care team.
