Missed doses

From each label.

Medicine If a dose is missed
Wegovy injection If the next dose is more than 2 days away, take it as soon as possible. If it’s less than 2 days away, skip it and take the next one on the usual day. After 2 or more missed doses in a row, the label says to restart the steps at a lower dose.
Ozempic Take it as soon as possible within 5 days. After more than 5 days, skip it and take the next one on the usual day.
Wegovy tablets Skip the missed tablet and take the next one the following day.
Rybelsus Skip the missed tablet and take the next one the following day.
Ozempic tablets Skip the missed tablet and take the next one the following day.
Zepbound Take it as soon as possible within 4 days (96 hours). After more than 4 days, skip it and take the next one on the usual day.
Mounjaro Take it as soon as possible within 4 days (96 hours). After more than 4 days, skip it and take the next one on the usual day.
Saxenda Carry on with the next scheduled dose; don’t take an extra or larger dose. If more than 3 days have passed since the last dose, the label says to restart at 0.6 mg and step up again.
Foundayo Take it as soon as possible, but don’t double up the next dose. After 7 or more missed doses in a row, the label says to restart at a lower dose.

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide

Pharmacy-made vials aren’t FDA-approved and have no label. Follow your prescriber and pharmacy; the brand schedules above are a common reference.

The units to draw depend on your vial’s strength in mg per mL. Gliplog works them out for a U‑100 syringe.
