Ozempic (semaglutide) is injected once a week. The label starts at 0.25 mg for 4 weeks, then 0.5 mg. If more blood sugar control is needed, it can go up to 1 mg and then 2 mg, each after at least 4 weeks on the dose before.

Take it as soon as possible within 5 days. After more than 5 days, skip it and take the next one on the usual day.
